  The staff is awesome! They have no problem truthfully answering your questions and helping you to the best of their abilities. I have never walked out of this Telus store disappointed!

  I recently upgraded my cellphone at this store. The phone I wanted took longer to come in than I had anticipated. However the staff were very patient with me as well as very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good experience.

  Cassie and Michael were wonderful!!! They gave me exemplary and knowledgeable service. They even stayed late to transfer all my information to my new phone. I felt valued and appreciated as a long term Telus customer. Would recommend this location to anyone :)

  Excellent friendly knowledgeable staff. Needed a new phone for my job. Came in twice was given options and all my questions answered patiently. When i finally decided on which phone to get,, i walked in and had a new phone and plan in less than 20 min. Love it.
