  Went after work last night and waited 10 MINUTES in drive thru for order for 2 small meals. No one ahead behind or inside. Will not go back

  I love the food as always it is good but the service is so bad just wateing for someone to help you is so bad they have to start training staff to stay up front and do work around the front and if someone come up to the till to help but because i don't drive yet i only go out there with ppl that drive alest u got a 3 star I would give u a one but unfair

  Five stars for the buffalo chicken strips and cookie dough blizzards. Pulling out of the drive thru can be hairy if someone turns in hot off the street. Pretty fast too.

  Kid forgot part of our order, then denied he messed it up to his manager!! Always slow service.

  First time at Claresholm DQ. Not super impressed. I always get my chicken strips tossed in Buffalo sauce. Every other DQ does this for me. But the manager here refused, saying they can only toss them in the honey garlic, and the buffalo sauce must be served on the side. The reason given was that they didn't have an extra container. Not impressed. Food takes a long time, but I'm feeling a little silly for having begged them to coat my chicken and I'm ready to apologize, but when they bring the food, there is no buffalo sauce. I say "where is the side of buffalo sauce?" And he starts condescendingly pointing to the ranch and saying I didn't order buffalo sauce. I pull up my receipt and point to the three side orders I paid for. The food was delicious, and I admit my own bad mood was not helping, but I am wholly unimpressed by the customer service.

  It's a Dairy Queen so I'm not going to bother talking about the menu or the food quality as you know what you're getting. The weird thing about this location is that the staff seemed unwilling or unable to handle fairly innocuous requests such as letting me order a pulled pork poutine with a meal rather than a regular poutine, or simply giving me a large cup of hot water for my tea instead of smaller one they specify for hot drinks. Not a terrible experience but certainly a strange one when it comes to fast food customer service.
